Business Development Manager

£50,000 - £70,000 + Commission
Job Description:

Our client is:

An established multi-disciplinary commercial interiors consultancy specialising in project management, interior design and furniture. They work on projects in land mark buildings for Blue Chip clients. They work on a fee basis which means they are extremely financially secure; they even own their own offices in West London.

Our client seeks: 

A sociable individual to be responsible for generating leads in order to bring in Commercial Office Fit Out opportunities. You will have the opportunity to attend networking events regularly and receive high quality training by their experienced Business Development team.

The right candidate will have:

•    Ideally an ex Commercial Agent

•    A very skilled communicator who comes across as loyal and respectable

•    A responsible and consistent individual who wants to become an integral part of their long term business plan

•   Have a proven track record of converting meetings into contracts

The right candidate will be:

•   Confident with the ability to lead the sales process.

•   Very well organised and efficient.

•   Ability to collaborate well with team members & external teams.

•   Dynamic & enthusiastic personality

•   Highly motivated and energetic

In return the candidate will receive:

•  £50,000 - £70,000 + Commission (Dependant on Experience)
