Sales Support/ Bid Coordinator

£18,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client:

Are an award winning Interior Design Company specialising in Commercial Office Fit-¬out and refurbishment. The annual turnover is £30m and the role is based in Central London. They create innovative office interiors delivering expert advice on office design and space planning. The dedicated team of experts who design the space work together to meet the requirements. Provides specialist construction skills for all forms of fit-out, refurbishment and new build, from project initiation to aftercare slit across three companies.

Our client seeks: 

A creative individual to be responsible for coordinating & collating bid documents in a creative and engaging fashion as well as some administrative duties such as supporting the sales and some diary support. The ideal profile of the successful individual is someone who has InDesign experience and previously worked on tenders. They can also come from a graphic design background.

The right candidate will have:

•   InDesign experience

•   Administrative experience

•   Experience in planning the bid from outset to closure

The right candidate will be:

•  Creative

•  Diligent

•  ‘Can do’ attitude 

In return the candidate will receive:

•  Quality training

•  £18,000 - £25,000 (Dependant on Experience)
