Bid Coordinator/Manager

Our client:

Provides specialist construction skills for all forms of fit-out, refurbishment and new build, from project initiation to aftercare slit across three companies. The company aims to be a £50m company next year and their bid team will play a key part in achieving their objective. The bid coordinator supports the business by coordinating the bid response process and delivering publications in line with the company’s brand, position and processes.

Our client seeks: 

A determined individual with expansive Bid experience to coordinate the pre-contracts team to achieve high quality, winning submissions that meet the Company objectives. They will be expected to provide creative ideas and complete high quality accurate PQQs as well as well-presented enquiry documentation for tenders. The more senior and experienced candidates will need to demonstrate examples of their Bid documents to warrant a higher salary. The ideal profile of the successful individual is someone who reflects regularly on their own experiences and performance, and constantly seek to improve.

The right candidate will have:

•    Experience in the Commercial Office fit out sector

•    Advanced InDesign experience

•   Experience identifying business development opportunities and follow up with appropriate research and support

•   Experience in planning and managing the bid from outset to closure
